In general, bets placed on h98 cannot be cancelled after they are confirmed. This is standard practice across sports betting platforms. Some specific markets may offer a cash-out feature before the event concludes — where available, this appears within your open bets section. If a match is officially abandoned, cancelled or postponed without a result being determined, most bets are voided and the stake is returned to your h98 balance. A wagering requirement means you need to bet your bonus amount (sometimes the bonus plus deposit) a certain number of times before the bonus funds can be withdrawn as real PKR cash. For example, a 10x wagering requirement on a PKR 1,000 bonus means you need to place a total of PKR 10,000 in bets before the bonus converts to withdrawable cash. Each promotion will specify its own wagering requirement.

Promo codes can be entered during the registration process on the Register page. There is also a promo code field in the deposit section for codes that apply to a specific deposit. If you have a valid promo code, enter it exactly as provided — codes are case-sensitive in most cases.

No — bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been fully met.
